Online Sessions
What can I expect?
Online mummy sessions are £85 for 1 hour, are held on Zoom or Teams and are payable in advance (48 hour cancellation policy applies). Slots are available throughout the week.
We can agree over email what you would like in advance of your session, but most importantly, you will feel like you have received all the care and attention from your mummy during this time. We can play, chat, read books, do nappy changes together and have virtual hugs!
You are also very welcome to use this space as the “adult” you and make use of my expertise as a psychotherapist. You may wish to discuss memories from the past, relationships with those you are close to in your day to day life or aspects of self-love and acceptance. Either way, the space is yours!
Please remember that the same boundaries around sexual activity apply online, as they do in-person. Read more in the ‘visiting’ section.
